What is the YOU VS. YOU Challenge?
This 8-week program is aimed to kick start (or BOOST!) your health journey.
We provide you all the tools and guidance needed to build a healthier, stronger YOU.
You are tested at the beginning, middle, and end of the program. Over the course of the 8 weeks, you'll WERK toward hitting new personal records, fueling your body with nutritious food, and keeping yourself hydrated - just to name a few!
Our Challenge Kit gives you everything you need, which is the beauty of this program. All you have to do (which can be the hardest part) is show up.
Dates: April 24 - June 18
Categories Include:
- Highest % Sweet Spot increase
- Highest % weight loss
- Strength Challenge: % growth in reps for push-ups, sit-ups, and squats.
- SPENGA Spirit Award for participant who attends the most sessions (one winner)
- Compete in all three categories, two, or just one- you do you
- Male and female winners for each category
