Your first session is always free, so come by the studio for a tour and meet our AWESOME instructors!
We’re located at 1705 Market Street in the heart of historic Southside Chattanooga! We’ll walk you through the workout, get you set up for your bike, and explain how to crush your SWEET SPOT! We’ll kick off with spin to heat up the body and torch calories. SPENGA’s training zones are customized to your personal power on the bike and will continue to evaluate and challenge you as you get stronger!
The strength segment is personalized to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Our trained instructors transition with you throughout the workout and will provide individualized recommendations or necessary corrections to ensure a safe and motivating workout from start to finish.
The SPENGA You vs. You Challenge continues into the yoga segment, where we bring down the heart rate and check into the mind. Yoga restores the body from your sweat session by focusing on strength, flexibility, and recovery. Our yoga programming addresses key components of health, such as establishing breath to movement patterns, balance, flexibility, and relaxation.
